Frequently asked questions
Where are you located? Do you work remotely?
95% percent of my client work is delivered remotely. I am located in Perth, Australia. I am available for face to face meetings with local clients during business hours.
Do you do audio/video consultations?
I am happy to communicate over email, voice conferencing and video conferencing. Voice and video calls are considered billable hours.
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely. My accepted international payment methods are bank transfer (I can provide my bank's SWIFT codes) or PayPal. However, for PayPal, be aware that you will need to cover the additional charges incurred through the use of that service.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, I am a sole trader registered with the Australian Tax Office, and my services incur the 10% Goods and Services Tax.
What is your invoicing schedule?
Work which can be completed in one month or less: New clients will be invoiced for 50% of the projected fee at project initiation, with the remainder payable at the delivery of the final product. Existing clients will generally be invoiced only once, on delivery.
Larger projects: For new clients, a percentage of the total projected fee for the project will need to be paid upfront, with the remainder charged on a monthly basis. Existing clients may, at my discretion, be invoiced monthly, with no up-front fee.
